About AlBenAza
AlBenAza are an acoustic/roots trio hailing from sunny plymouth in the SouthWest. As a band they play a mixture of rock, reggae and acoustic ditties, all layered with tight vocal harmonies. They have played with and supported the likes of mercury nominee Seth Lakeman, Kubb, The Martin Harley Band, Carus and The True Believers and australian singer/songwriter Mick Hart. They have played to a sold out crowd in The Borderline in London twice. As support for both Mick Hart and Carus and The True Believers. They also reguarly headline venues across the SouthWest (Such as The Hub in Plymouth). Live, AlBenAza have a reputation as being one of the most energetic bands on the circuit. This presence on stage coupled with great songs makes them a treat to watch. Recently the band released a version of Jurassic 5's "Concrete Schoolyard" on 7" Vinyl. This sold out Fat City Records in Manchester twice and has been played around the world courtesy of the infamous DJ/Promoter/Producer/Funnyman Aldo Vanucci and the new Plymouth label RIDE RECORDS. A new e.p is the current focus as the band have written many new songs (including crowd pleasers "Sit Back" and "I-Scream") Watch this space.......
