All over the South West, The Dukes are engaging audiences with their modern take on the oldest forms of popular music. With country, blues and funk influences thrown into the mix, there is certainly no shortage of originality, and the unique genre of music they’re creating is compelling crowds of all tastes to the dance floor. The Dukes fly by the seat of their musical instincts, openly demonstrating a love for what they play, providing a visual performance as well a musical one. A tight rhythm section of funk drumming and driving bass provide the appropriate back line for harmonica, toe tapping fiddle, rock licks and the all important lap steel. To complete the line up, Si Holmes puts on a vocal performance fit to rival any contender, and ensuring The Dukes win over the coldest of crowds! About Wille and the Bandits
 
Wille and the bandits are a soulful roots band who mix sliding blues, folk, country and even drum and bass in their unique set. They also mix their instument choice including the use of slide guitars, 12 string guitars, lapsteel and harmonicas all played by Will Edwards (Wille). The percussion side also varies with the skills of Andy Naumann who uses classic kit drums, congas and djembe to get create a unique feel to each song. On the Bass is Ed Oliver who like the rest has been in many bands and uses his bass in a innoative way using slap styles, tapping and even sliding. Wille and the bandits cover a range of music but if you like to chill out catch the early set or if you like shake that booty later on in their funky finale get on down to one of their up and coming gigs.
